For a long time this has been my dream to establish an organization that will strive for making people stand on their own feet- to encourage them to think out of the box: off the track. This is not to say that people pursuing the conventional goals are to be discouraged. Rather, guiding the huge section of human resource who waste themselves in pursuing targets they find themselves incapable of reaching who fail to recognise the areas they could shine in, to proper track. Really, who would judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree? The establishment of Madhabdip in 2013 was the materialisation of this dream of mine.
